Service Design Process
In order to ensure that eServices are designed to be citizen centric, Business 1st encourages participation from various stakeholders and citizens. This requires participants to voluntarily and actively engage in panel, expert/focus groups, providing useful feedback. Our services are designed following feedback received by Business 1st officials during seminars and fora. In addition, Business 1st is in constant contact with Chamber of SMEs as they are part shareholders of Business 1st.
Your participation will help us design and deliver value added eServices.
