No person shall practice or hold out himself to be a specialist doctor unless his/her name is entered in the respective specialist register kept for registration of specialist doctors by the Medical Council. Registration as a specialist by the Medical Council is subject to a positive evaluation and recommendation by the Medical Specialist Accreditation Committee.
