Loading, Discharging and Transferring Fuels from a Road Tanker to a Receiving Ship Authorisation

Any person (including any legal person) that intends to:

  1. load, discharge and transfer fuels between a road tanker and a receiving ship;
  2. renew an existing authorisation to load, discharge and transfer fuels between a road tanker and a receiving ship;
  3. transfer an existing authorisation to load, discharge and transfer fuels between a road tanker and a receiving ship;

is required to be in possession of an authorisation prior to operating such a storage facility or system, and carrying out the service activity and the exercise thereof.
