Fossil Fuel Generating Station Licence

Any person wishing to:

1. generate electricity from a newly constructed fossil fuel generating station;
2. renew a licence for the generation of electricity from a fossil fuel generating station;
3. transfer a licence for the generation of electricity from a fossil fuel generating station;

is required to be in  possession of a licence for the generation of electricity.
