Eligible persons who do not possess EU nationalities can submit applications for a new, or renewal of a temporary residence permit to stay in Malta with Identita'. Applications are filled in electronically, and must be accompanied by the necessary documentation that is uploaded electronically with the applications. Payments must be effected upon submission of any application.
