Karrozzini - Malta’s traditional horse-drawn cabs - may be driven only by holders of a driver’s tag, which can only be issued to applicants holding a Driving Licence in Category X in terms of the Regulations for the Use on the Road of Animals and Animal-drawn Vehicles, as explained here.
