Marine Fuel Station Operation Authorisation

Any person (including any legal person) that intends to:

1. operate a marine fuel retail station through dispensers operated in the proximate vicinity of the shoreline and operating exclusively for ships;
2. renew an existing authorisation to operate a marine fuel retail station through dispensers operated in the proximate vicinity of the shoreline and operating exclusively for ships;
3. transfer an existing authorisation to operate a marine fuel retail station through dispensers operated in the proximate vicinity of the shoreline and operating exclusively for ships;

is required to be in possession of an authorisation prior to providing and offering such a service, and operating such a system, and carrying out the service activity and the exercise thereof.
