LPG Bottling into Portable Cylinders Authorisation

Any person (including any legal person) that intends to:

1. bottle LPG into portable cylinders;
2. renew the authorisation to bottle LPG into portable cylinders;
3. transfer the authorisation to bottle LPG into portable cylinders;

is required to be in possession of an authorisation prior to providing and offering such a service, and operating such a system, and carrying out the service activity and the exercise thereof.
